Qualifications:

1. Actively carry out professional communication with the project team, and provide suggestions on project implementation based on a comprehensive understanding of the advantages of the incubator;

2. Organize internal and external resources to complete review and evaluation process on the project;

3. Provide whole-process incubation services for the incubated enterprises together with the project manager, promote the projects’ progress and industrialization, and maximize the success rate of the innovative companies;

4. Organize research on relevant information of biomedical industry, assist in formulating business objectives and action plans of the incubator;

5. Participate in the construction of incubation center technology and service platform, and assist in the formulation of specific implementation plan;

6. Other required work.

1.   Major in biology, medicine, pharmacy, chemistry, etc.

2.   Education: master's degree or above.

3.   Working Experience: relevant working experience in bio-pharmaceutical.

4.   English Ability: Good English communication skills; Overseas study or work experience is preferred.
